These are a super yummy snack, especially dipped in garlic oil (warm) and balsamic vinegar, not to mention the foray of chip dips you can get at the supermarket.

You will need: baking trays, pastry brush, sharp knife


  • pack of 6 or 8 tortillas
  • oil

Cut the tortillas into triangles and brush each side of every triangle with a light coat of oil. Spread out on baking trays (you’ll need to do several batches) and bake at 150c fan for 10-15mins until the corners start to lift and they feel hard and crunchy to touch. Serve with dips and sliced veggies.
